Review of C.C. and Company (1970) by Tim S — 24 Dec 2011
C C and Company might have one of my favorite new found openings as Joe Namath strolls through a grocery store causally making himself a sandwich. I would actually like to do that but I would probably get caught because I would also need some chips & a pickle.
This is a fun biker movie as Namath turns in his chopper for a dirty bike & looks for greater pursuits then just riding the road w/ the club. Of course (the great) William Smith takes exception to this feeling all money won should go back to the gang (which includes the fantastic Sid Haig).
Ann Margret is Namath's new found love interest & she looks smokin even getting to see her partially naked. I always found Margret to be a hottie in her earlier films..shit even as she got on in years she is still attractive.
I should be so lucky to hook up w/ the likes of her when Im a 'grumpy old man'.
