San Francisco cops turn on the heat in Argentina to corral a drug kingpin. These cops have exceptional latitude on foreign soil and an apparent worldwide jurisdiction. Contains a gratuitous wet t-shirt scene by Tiana and a good joke about Argentina's debt while Waldo makes a long distance phone call to San Fran.
