Review of Cat-Women of the Moon (1953) by Richard L — 29 May 2012
This is classic 50's science-fiction, complete with terrible acting, special effects so cheap that it hurts, a simple storyline that barely makes sense, plotholes of galactic dimensions, good old-fashioned obvious sexism (women are emotional, irrational, weak, seductively manipulative beings with deceitful intentions that can't be trusted because they have the hidden ambition to subdue men).
In this regard, the two best quotes from the movie are : "Can we serve you, Earth men ?" and "You're too smart for me, baby. I like them stupid.".
