A couple struggling to make ends meet find a suitcase of money and start to spend, spend, spend. Unfortunately Sean Bean is looking for it and wants every cent back. Ca$h starts with a good premise, turns into a lecture on personal finance and then takes a ridiculous turn with a plot line that makes no sense and a lead character whose motivations are completely daft.
