This documentary illustrates the Catch-22ness of the situation. The U.S. helps the Mexican government, but their police and the so-called Mexican vigilantes originally fighting the cartel are now in bed with the cartel, so there's no way anyone can solve the drug "war" unless everyone in the U.
S. puts their damn glass pipes down already. Yikes.
