Review of Carousel (1956) by Sami G — 18 Oct 2007
This movie's a little dated (ex. "After the baby is born, we should move to San Francisco... we'll take the baby of course!") but I have loved this movie since I was in the second grade.
The settings are beautiful. The acting's old-fashioned, but still powerful, and oh my goodness the music is absolutely breathtaking. The dance sequences are stunning as well. After all these years, I still love this movie, so I guess that has to mean something!
