What the hell is the synopsis reviewer talking about? All I saw was some seriously shit effects and a screenwriter that saw a lot of good movies and then had no idea how to use that knowledge besides referencing them impotently.
Also, it's pretty rare to find a supposedly lovable protagonist outside of MST3K material as hate-worthy as this one.
