Lugosi in a smaller role as a gangster in pursuit of the money hidden by his rival, whose brain has been placed into a college professor by Karloff in a last ditch effort to save the prof's life. Soon the professor begins to be taken over by the gangster persona, while Karloff angles to get ahold of the missing money.
Watchable, but nothing I'll re-watch too often.
