Review of Bitch Slap (2009) by Aaron C — 16 Jan 2010

My entire purpose in watching this movie should be made clear. Julia Voth is the living, breathing incarnation of Jill Valentine, meant in every sense. I was gonna watch this regardless of the reviews or press or anything.

I must say that, for the ammount of Julia Voth present, her role in it, and how much clevage we see I am completely satisfied. Then why the 3 stars? I had to take points off because every scene not featuring Jill was just not doing it for me.

I can't tell if it's mocking exploitation films or just a really, really bad one. There's terrible CGI, horrendous dialouge, and unfunny banter. What is upsetting is I saw glimmers of a legit plot underneath all the babeage forced on screen.

Maybe, just maybe, it could have worked with steady pace and a straight face. I feel like my reviewer's integrity has been compromised. Never have I given points soley for absolute hotness. I just have to here.
