Clint Eastwood's Ode to the one and only "Bird".
To truly enjoy the fullness of this film, you must love Jazz music.
Charlie "The Bird" Parker was a one of a kind jazz artist, yes artist.
The film follows PArker during his darkest days of heroine addiction.
Forest Whitaker play Parker to perfection. He won the best actor oscar for the Last King of Scotland, but he should have won for Bird.
