Hahaha, yes! The torment, the torture and the pain inflicted by... a boy's balloon! Hertzfeldt is the mastermind behind this mess, and the true terror that can be found beneath this short is the fact that while we were seeing it, Hertzfeldt was developing new macabre ideas. Delicious.
