About as hard of a movie to get through as I've ever seen, but it's so incredibly well made with great performances all around. It's not an incredibly long movie, but it feels like it is about 5 hours long and I definitely think that is by design.
It's brutal, unrelenting, and deals with subject matter that makes you want to cry, but it's without a doubt a brilliant movie.
