Stylish, crazy, sublime amazing all words I could use to describe this unexpected wonder of animation bliss from the way the sky is drawn with intentional simplistic swirls to the immense detail of the characters themselves this 1 hour 25 something movie is simply put right up there with the finest animations to date.

Comparable with the very best it is a mash up of batman the animated series, ghost in the shell, Akira and with a dash of transformers this is everything I could have hoped for when you mix feudal Japan with batman.

.. though the joker does steal the show. A must watch, now I can't wait to get a hard copy.
