Terible animation for all cgi animation boring story for Batman but great historical accuracy with small bits showing how much they loved that time period with the villains taking over prominit roles in Japanese history.
Yet I can't say it's terible clearly this was to get a Japanese audience to find out more on batman the same way power rangers Pokémon and dragon ball made American fans find out about anime.
