Review of Bat Without Wings (1980) by Allan C — 09 May 2015

This is the story of the Bat Without Wings, a despicable rapist martial arts master who went on a rape/murder spree. It took 28 fighters to take him down, only 2 survived. Now, the fabled Bat Without Wings killer is back, and has kidnapped the daughter of a respectable clan.

The fiancee, a stranger, and her father must team up and figure out the mystery, or else. Despite the intriguing premise and story, the plot is rather aimless and the fights are not very memorable. It ends up having less suspense than usual and the fighting is not as refined as other Chor Yuen films.
