Written and directed by the most original and talented brazilian filmmaker, Jorge Furtado, "Saneamento Básico" counts with intelligent and quirky lines. The cast was well chosen, different than Furtado`s flop "My Uncle Killed a Guy".
Fernanda Torres, Wagner Moura, Camila Pitanga and Furtado`s regular Lázaro Ramos are great. An underrated movie with one of the best screenplays of 2007. Recommended.
