Why is this movie so good? Keitel is a corrupt cop who sells coke/heroin whatever sells, gambles bigtime on baseball, betting on both teams.
The scene where he pulls over two 16 year old girls who are driving without a licence and makes them imitate giving him a blowjob while he gives himself a hand party.....pure magic.
