Review of Backflash (2002) by Jeffrey M — 16 May 2012
A predictable, uneven, but watchable B noir film. The script offers some ridiculous plot twits, and the overall technical composition of the film is lacking, especially in the editing department. Still, its' quirky thrills and the surprising chemistry between Jennifer Esposito and Robert Patrick make the film enjoyable enough to just outweigh its flaws.
3/5 Stars.
