Just awful all around. It’s an interesting idea at the get go, but with characters that are impossible to connect with, you don’t find yourself caring what direction the movie heads in. Not to mention, when the monsters are finally revealed in the end, there is truly nothing special about them.

They are not terrifying in the slightest, and the special effects are the cheesiest I’ve seen in a while. If anything, by the time you get to the end of the movie, it is more laughable than scary.
