Review of Au Revoir les Enfants (1987) by Raymond R — 05 Aug 2008
My 6th favorite of all time. An achingly beautiful, autobiographical story of friendship. The boys reluctantly become friends when they realize they only have each other. Then the nazis come. You have to cry at the end.
If you don't, I'll kick your ass.
