Darryl Hannah's best work so far in my opinion. This film primes to the core...it definately provides material for discussion. It steps on many a toe..It reminds of "The mission" with Jeremy Irons & Robert de Niro, where Christians blindly blunder into cultures they do not understand to impose their morals urgently on a non-suspecting people that live in harmony with nature.
Brilliant acting by Aidan Quinn. Highly recommendable, although emotionally very draining.
