Review of As Cool as I Am (2013) by Troy K — 16 Nov 2013

Although some of the moments in the film are really really sweet, I'm afraid that the movie as a whole doesn't make much sense to me. I have to agree with some of the reviewers that the leading characters (especially Lucy, but this goes to everybody) have tend to treat everything in way too melodramatic.

There're too many moments that I can't fallow the logic or plot connections in the film. I guess we have to blame the screen writer(s) who apparently can't find one meaningful story line to portray, so instead have (poorly) combined Ratatouille, Juno, some non-functional parent flicks into this movie.
