Arsenal is just a pile of poop, an utter mess. Nicolas Cage has reached a new low for how bad he is in this and the rest of the movie is just awful. The writing, acting, cinematography, literally, everything.
The only thing that is somewhat alright is John Cusack. Don't watch this.
