By far one of the wackiest movies I've ever seen and of course you have to have one of the craziest actors playing the lead role, Nic Cage. It's hilarious, zany, simple, and very amusing. Best of all it's short, so it doesn't feel like a waste of time at all.
Looks like I'm in the minority here, but it's a surprise hit in my opinion.
