Excellent movie. Very obviously adapted from a manga just by the way the characters were. The comedic gay scenes were done perfectly without being offensive or homophobic, especially with the gay French patissier. The musical numbers were surprising and fun. And of course, keeping with the Fantasia festival's form, there was a bit of an out-of-left-field dark side to it all.
Yet another great crowd pleaser!
