Review of Animal (2014) by Albert D — 04 Jul 2016
If you can say nothing else about it, you have to give this movie credit, the preverbal 'Animal' in the film is truly unique. In a world full of vampires, werewolves, and zombies it's nice to get this Chupacabra-like monster which serves as our titular 'animal.'.
Outside of that, nothing really stands out. The cast is made up of mostly ex-Nickelodeon starlets, and the characters are about as average as most B-grade monster movie characters are. But like I said, those creature animatronics are great. If nothing else, I hope the people who brought it to life have a long a fruitful career ahead of them.
