If you're in the mood for watching Christian Bale running after a hooker with a chainsaw wearing nothing but a pair of trainers, then I've got the film for you.

Now, chances are that you've either heard people talking about how bat-shit crazy this film is, or you've observed for yourself how bat-shit crazy this film is. And yes this film is crazy, gory, completely screwed-up and at moments, makes as much sense as allowing Joel Schumacher to direct a Batman movie, but there are two vital reasons to watch this film: the perfectly directed violence, and the best performance of one of the greatest actors of this generation.

If you're in the mood for a film that will make you crack-up, cringe and question you're own sanity, then give my personal favourite movie a chance.
