Review of American Boy: A Profile of Steven Prince (1978) by Michael N — 19 Jul 2007
Really cool early Scorsese work. There are two monologues in this film that were stolen and used for subsequent films by other directors: one is the drug overdose story taken by Quentin Tarantino for "Pulp Fiction".
The other is the man with a knife story taken by Richard Linklater for "Waking Life". If you can get your hands on a copy, this is definitely worth a watch.
