Even though Uwe Boll was involved, he only produced the film. The weird thing is, it has some of his regulars in it and they actually are adequate in the acting department, while on Boll's film's themselves, they can't act at all.
I guess my question is answered for sure. Boll just can't direct actors. As for the movie itself, it completely disregards the first, with a much different story, but has setting similar to the game.
It's standard B-movie fare. I actually liked the first better. And somewhere along the line, Edward Carnby became Asian...
