Glenn Close is AMAZING! Definitely one of the best performances of the year. It is hard to grasp that it is really her on the screen. Movie itself... yes, it has its flaws. But overall-- great storytelling, rest of cast is good, and you can easily go from laughing to sad within seconds.
It reflects a lot of truth about life-- especially in certain societies where many of us are forced to hide from being our true selves. I was a skeptic of the film... but was very very surprised at how much I actually liked it.
