Review of Afghan Star (2008) by Bonnie C — 27 Apr 2010
It was interesting to look at Afghanistan and its people how they are coping with constant changes of its government. Little reality show like Afghan version of "American Idol" can bring entire nation with so many diverse cultures and tribes and at the same time resistance against Taliban was interesting.
Other than that.. I am not sure how this movie is rated so high among critics.
