Review of Adaptation. (2002) by Lewis C — 06 Mar 2011
Screen writing at its best, Charlie Kaufman twists the adaptation idea entirely and puts its in the hands of the only person that can correctly bring his stories to life: Spike Jonze. Streep and Cooper are fantastic, but, oddly enough, the best performance is brought by Nicolas Cage who plays externally identical but internally fraternal twin screenwriters.
