Review of Active Measures (2018) by Pamela A — 31 Aug 2018
This documentary is so dense with facts that it's best to do it in two segments. Part of the reason "Active Measures" is head spinning is that much of the information - the various Russian, Ukrainian, Georgian and American names and the connections between them, are ones we know or have some passing familiarity with, but Jack Bryan brings them together with the startling clarity of a vivid dream remembered and finally understood.
In some respects, Trump comes across as just another opportunist and a bumbling one at that. It's Putin, his cruelty and purposeful use of any and all means to expand his power, that leaves you chilled to the bone.
Mandatory viewing for those pinning their hopes on Mueller and fearful for the future of our country.
