The infamous ''Most disturbing movie of all time''... Perhaps not the most visually disgusting but morally it's up there. When it comes to extremely disturbing mixed with actual good cinematography and good acting it doesn't get any better.
For that reason it's at or near the top of its genre and will probably forever be.
