Pretty good 70's tv movie where a cop on the beat gets set up by the feds when he refuses to play ball with them on a suspected drug dealer he arrests. I thought the decision to hold onto the $4k was a questionable from the beginning and the officer ends up paying for it.
Not well known film but worth a look.
