It's not as bad as I feared, knowing it's a Michael Bay movie. It would actually be reasonably good were it not for the so obviously dumb Plot. A billionaire hires a bunch of officially dead people to bring down a dictator and replace him with his brother.
The action is over the top with lots of explosions but I found it quite amusing.
