Review of Z Channel: A Magnificent Obsession (2004) by Umy B — 06 Jun 2013
Incredible story of the one of the first pay cable station in Los Angeles in 1974 forcusing its programming on film rather than fluff. Genius maverick programmer Jerry Harvey and all of his savvy and intense love of movies showing that anything in america is possible, but in the end of all bad melodramas, the end is tragic and unneccasarry.
Unflinching and tons of old classic film clips that makes you wanting more.
