Review of Young Adam (2003) by Kelsey T — 03 Jul 2007
A dark and moody but compelling and sexy drama. Ewan McGregor is fantastic as aimless drifter Joe and the supporting cast are flawless, especially the leading ladies Tilda Swinton and Emily Mortimer. The characters are fascinating, especially Joe, which combined with McGregors charisma and a tragic plot centred on the death of a young woman and Joe's involvement with it makes for an intreaguing story.
