What a wonderful film. Excellent performances have always been a hallmark of Benegal's cast and this is no exception. Wonderfully written, the movie is in the genre of almost lost middle-of-the-road lighter cinema of Hrishikesh M, Basu C and Sai P.

Thanks Mr. Benegal for proving that Zubeida was just an odd mistake.
