2 idiots of Taboulistan on a *terrorist* mission to bomb "la Tour Eiffel" in Paris. This attack should make the world know about their small country and their national dish "taboulé".
A poor attempt to make something like "Borat", the only thing I liked were the numerous references to their national dish like the hood symbol formed as a little "taboulé" dish.
