I remember watching Shoojit Sircar's Yahaan on my 16th birthday... Although he takes a different route altogether, but he succeeds. Vicky Donor is a refreshing watch which wonderfully captures the "Dilli"-pheel! Although it does drag at places, but considering a slow year, Vicky Donor makes a mark!
