This movie is an excellent and beautiful thriller following two brothers who are on the run from their uncle, who is trying to get back the gold coins given to him as a child. They all live in a secluded and very hick area, which is the perfect setting because it gives the director David Gordon Green a beautiful landscape to work with. He uses the forest and the water to represent death and life, and both are filmed a certain way to help convey that feeling. It is produced by Terrance Malick, who is the master at beautiful filming, and there is a touch of his inspiration in this. The thriller is handled with compassion and care, and the beauty of the film is incredible. This is a masterpiece..
