When I first saw this film, I fell in love with Timothy Hutton's vigilante/prankster character. The sabotaging of the mayor is fun to watch.Kim Cantrell(sex in the city) is fricken beautiful in this film.
The director of this film also directed Porky's & A Christmas Story. Unfortunatly April 4, 2007, him and his son was killed by a drunk driver.
