Review of Trust Me (2013) by Jeremy P — 29 Dec 2014
Hey I watched that movie that Clark Gregg spent all of 2014 tweeting about. As he should have, since he wrote it, and directed, and stars, and it's actually pretty good. It starts off a bit rough in ways that make a lot of comedies tough to watch.
But if you stick with it things change and it becomes a much better movie. Gregg gives himself a fantastic cast to work with. The decision to include enough language to earn an R rating almost seems intentional to keep this away from younger viewers, because things do get a bit dark.
