This is the real Grindhouse in the 8-movie set of Drive-in Movies released recently on DVD. It's sleazier than a used-car salesman, with Zalman King (of Red Shoe Diaries) playing one of the nastiest sons of bitches in any low-budget flick of the 70s, and some really rough scenes of rape and carnage and violence that are, unlike say Last House on the Left, filmed with some real raw energy and excitement.
Watch it with a glass of whiskey. It's wonderful, amazing trash.
