Review of Trigger (2010) by Ken T — 07 Dec 2011
Two former Canadian rockers, who have long since gone on to lead different lifestyles, come back together for bit of a reunion. They meet at a swank Toronto restaurant where past tensions soon flare back up again.
The film takes place over the course of one night and features two dynamite performances by Molly Parker and Tracy Wright - in her last role. The two women really feel as though they were the best of friends.
The film was directed by Bruce McDonald, who has previously looked at the rock and roll lifestyle in Hard Core Logo, and has done a very good job here as well.
