Oh how I love the music of this region. And to be immersed in it in this movie. I feel like I experienced a bit of life as it really is there. I almost never feel that way in a movie. Like it's real.
And Asia, I love you for playing someone fragile, breakable, brutal, and ass-beating all at once. Zingarina's life I both yearn for and am terrified of. a wonderfully complex feeling.
