Review of Tonight We Sing (1953) by Jay N — 29 Jul 2015
If you're looking for the true story of Sol Hurok this probably has only the most tenuous connection to it but the music and dancing are superlative. It's all richly appointed with that old studio sheen and while her part offers her little chance to actually act a very young Anne Bancroft is lovely in only her second film.
