This movie, (for those few who have never seen it- I find it hard to beleive 88%???).. is about the "everyman". Those who were lost and wind up finding that no matter what you do career wise , your character and Integrity are the most important qualities you can have.
By doing for the greater good, you can even sell a half million break pads, and save a town from "the man".
