It was basically a scene for scene copy of the anime. They didn't try anything new, and pacing felt very slow. And all the good costumes and designs were over looked due to the playstation 1 special effects.
One moment I was like " WOAH ITS ABOUT TO GO DOWN" then the special effects happen, I swear japan has been using the same cgi crew since the reboot of kamen rider.
